往国内寄化妆品，取包裹时要不要交税

如题，买了一些化妆品，想给国内的朋友寄去，但不知朋友取包裹时要不要交税，请问那位姐妹有没有类似的经验

一般数量巨大才会引起注意，而且你在包裹上写明是gift就应该不会有问题。
