The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.! R3 w$ d; b8 E7 H
# p; W# R: }+ k0 A1 v+ sThis position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload. The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.

• Human Resources Management
% U0 r) P/ s1 I. Q1 M" X7 d• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities , Y! G+ P+ }4 [
• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors - [: T! ?; x$ Y, x" K
• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities
* h7 c3 ]# `5 I8 z# ]• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services
* @2 A" F6 ~8 j/ o* [# P• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities6 I' J. [3 J7 M M) o

Program Delivery2 X G9 d d: k
• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program
( p4 k1 @/ c9 Q' p X) S• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes" m& {* @, R2 x7 h6 @
• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required6 \) A: b9 o' E+ i, Z7 h0 D4 j
• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication
9 l( }, p$ e* H& k4 D% ~/ i• Review service action plans and support programs as requested
. u. r" Z0 o/ w2 g5 G• Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department. E5 ~9 ]$ |% z
• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program

Administration
& G9 Z# ^6 \: K0 |, ^* ~- j$ q* \2 a• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director% v" Z2 ?/ _( O0 ^* u: Y9 g
• Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review

- q4 `6 L& X2 t8 s4 s3 aQualifications:; f x6 ?( C9 ^/ ~2 w& p/ j5 t

• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field
- h; k+ h6 [3 P2 I o+ ?• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities# E- U* m, }& K
• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience+ N6 k4 i( W& b
• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations

• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
