Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
" d  {& |0 n! \/ i/ O0 I  | To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
' e: A5 @' Q1 q! K To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
/ H! d. h! u+ x8 i To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

: c9 j5 f0 W  [Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
7 A; Y. f/ `9 w7 m Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
% O: j9 p& b9 }/ M# ^' W" r6 s Current CPR and First Aid certifications
8 X2 k6 {( ?9 D( Y Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
