Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
# p3 N# l4 l) } To help promote the program in the community.
, ]- k% W0 K9 q* N To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
6 G0 \' Z6 S4 ?0 d1 M' e' I" h To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
6 U) K% d( H: L' C  B& C To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

" m. v) x$ a* fQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
! u, }( S! ?6 v3 G  d Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
* O, }/ W& z- p4 J: P9 g Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
