Usually, travel agencies process refund need to take 3 or 4 weeks or later. But remeber buy ticket with a licensed travel agency is very important ! Don;t buy tickets from a personal or NO - licensed agent. 3 z" {+ Z2 b3 {& y6 l& f0 E* z
