just flour and water, that's it. `; L& C* i! m9 D2 A2 p1 j) B5 h8 `. YMy parent in law made noodle at home. And as Edmonton is very dry, the noodle is easily dry up. It's very good! \( {" A, W# C5 q/ \4 Z) ^6 B
