MATCH to competition at 5.25% down from 5.65%

The 5 year leading rate will be in effect from June 1 through June 30 only and we will honor funding up to September 1st. The 5 year leading rate is exclusively available to be offered by ATB branch staff and MDOs only.  Brokers are excluded. The 10 year fixed rate will be available beyond the 30 day test period and until further notice.

期限更新一下，只要application在6月份做了，funding date在10月1日之前的贷款都可以，延长了一个月。贷款种类包括包括new purchase、refinancing和renewals。

4 Q8 P3 Y9 H& ^" xPlease get your application in before June 16, 2009 if you would like to grab the 3.50%. Otherwise 3.7% will be the best rate you can get if your application being done before June 30 and MTG will be funded by October 1, 2009.
