4 Multicultural Summer Camp Program Staff

Key Responsibilities Include:
1 ?7 h) a8 F1 G% N( z \9 IActivity Planning and Daily Activity+ W1 c6 J, k6 Z
• Assist in planning, organizing and relevant activities for children and youth to explore new avenues including leadership & life skills, recreation, and their cultural community that enhance their resilience, relationship building and leadership.7 h' y% D3 r' o/ v8 S. G
• Participate in the delivery of all programs in the areas of crafts, sports and tutoring.
" k% {) | x3 w$ F• Participate in and lead sporting activities; know and have the ability to apply game rules for basketball, soccer and volleyball,
$ e! l( ], ^! |$ }' @• Provide proper supervision in all activities to ensure the safety of the program participants.
9 p$ w* \: a3 C; X7 }) C• Supervise the children and youth at breakfast and lunch time.
9 ]; F; d5 |2 V- u* P• Help to maintain housekeeping standards by ensuring all program facilities are left clean after each activity and each meal.+ M: m' m! }' L$ M2 W

8 L9 J0 D3 v' r1 M• The enthusiasm and ability to work with a variety of ages of youth in a group setting, t/ z7 k2 T: N/ n
• Experience with children: D6 w# v0 O _3 q, \
• Demonstrated knowledge of sporting, activity planning for youth
8 X, a# ~+ B8 P• Knowledge the English language and the ability to support math tutoring.& [+ ^% ^7 e, m( Z
• Ability to manage time effectively and be results oriented.

• Documentation of a clear CYIM (Child & Youth Information Management) check
