(8 week contract @ 35 hours a week)2 I" W5 v( W# P2 A4 b' g

Key Responsibilities Include:1 n( x0 i" j5 ]/ q/ q
Activity Planning and Daily Activity
: ` x- _5 U0 K, x• Assist in planning, organizing and relevant activities for children and youth to explore new avenues including leadership & life skills, recreation, and their cultural community that enhance their resilience, relationship building and leadership.: h' T% `4 @0 L' a
• Participate in the delivery of all programs in the areas of crafts, sports and tutoring.
. C- x/ ^! B& k6 n2 w• Participate in and lead sporting activities; know and have the ability to apply game rules for basketball, soccer and volleyball, % n0 [2 d2 x" T) p0 ^ e
• Provide proper supervision in all activities to ensure the safety of the program participants.
8 @7 n( {$ i. y' a: j4 ?2 j6 L8 K( M/ `! r• Supervise the children and youth at breakfast and lunch time.
# x' M5 ~3 p) e* h; F• Help to maintain housekeeping standards by ensuring all program facilities are left clean after each activity and each meal.

The successful candidate will have:1 j) n4 q# G5 D$ r+ K7 s9 R
• The enthusiasm and ability to work with a variety of ages of youth in a group setting& s1 ]5 n* h0 p5 N
• Experience with children% T( J4 p, Q4 D, w
• Demonstrated knowledge of sporting, activity planning for youth
$ `( _0 I; w) T3 H• Knowledge the English language and the ability to support math tutoring.
/ P& B# I# h E% ]9 [! m• Ability to manage time effectively and be results oriented.

• Documentation of a clear CYIM (Child & Youth Information Management) check
