/ m. i$ |( E/ B! `2 vKey Responsibilities Include:
+ H$ p4 {2 W7 q9 n0 o8 m8 o( rActivity Planning and Daily Activity) C( _( K* n' \2 {2 T1 l
• Assist in planning, organizing and relevant activities for children and youth to explore new avenues including leadership & life skills, recreation, and their cultural community that enhance their resilience, relationship building and leadership.0 J) Q. e$ Q+ L
• Participate in the delivery of all programs in the areas of crafts, sports and tutoring. 0 J8 X! [2 a# @5 [3 c% _
• Participate in and lead sporting activities; know and have the ability to apply game rules for basketball, soccer and volleyball,
- ^1 M( i4 R+ l& f/ n) L• Provide proper supervision in all activities to ensure the safety of the program participants.( X' z' c+ X4 E; \! K
• Supervise the children and youth at breakfast and lunch time.
5 ?! X/ Y: ~% g g• Help to maintain housekeeping standards by ensuring all program facilities are left clean after each activity and each meal.3 k4 K5 z1 d+ @. ]& {: M9 s/ K. Y& s

The successful candidate will have:* `/ v1 u; G7 s8 b$ l. i4 V+ N
• The enthusiasm and ability to work with a variety of ages of youth in a group setting
$ d# _2 i2 c4 ]$ j) a1 u; i2 x• Experience with children# A# g6 T! ?! T* \8 o/ S
• Demonstrated knowledge of sporting, activity planning for youth 6 j2 D0 g. X. H% C7 g* H3 z
• Knowledge the English language and the ability to support math tutoring.
2 w8 B7 y% M2 Z( n• Ability to manage time effectively and be results oriented.
( s$ _/ d9 [' y+ ^• Knowledge of children’s activities and community resources' B# W" }6 k: [. A. U$ m
• Documentation of a clear CYIM (Child & Youth Information Management) check W" Y$ r0 ?6 u- x
• Documentation of a clear vulnerable sector Security Clearance check ; @2 I; P7 I6 d( N& b, V: B1 W
