Big Brothers Big Sisters of Edmonton and Area provides mentoring programs to more than 2,800 children, youth and families.  We are looking for 1 temporary summer staff.

) H1 R  q6 W- u: H/ y# I" a1 Multicultural Summer Camp Kitchen cook (20 hours a week for 8 week contract)

/ b8 k  C  J- l- n9 ]Key Responsibilities Include:

* S( v+ F, I- i3 I3 z4 vActivity Planning and Daily Activity
•        Assist in planning, organizing preparing and ordering all breakfast ,lunch and snacks
+ J2 O/ R5 h( K•        Ensure the facilities are meeting health code
( c! ~; x) l0 m) I- _+ }+ x
The successful candidate will have:
, Y/ ~1 h* o( _
•        The enthusiasm and ability to work with a variety of ages of youth in a group setting
- v' R$ f% m3 |) k•        Experience with children
* h+ _4 J0 L2 O$ G+ E6 _1 @•        Ability to manage time effectively and be results oriented.
! ^8 B3 t: h, n8 r/ k•        Knowledge of children’s activities and community resources
•        A clear CYIM (Child & Youth Information Management) check  
•        A clear vulnerable sector Security Clearance check

In addition to an excellent work environment, The Africa Centre & Big Brothers Big Sisters offer an hourly salary of $15-hour .
