你是能回答还是解决问题?我现在申请的是nursing(after degree),我现在只是TOEFL 83(要求是86,且每部分要在21以上,SPEAKING 18,已考过单门的SPEAK考试 50).已要求延期考CAEL到下个月.此项有可免考?现在不确定是否可通过CAEL考试?如差点儿分数录取的可能性有吗?

Hi there,
% W* U  v1 Z* v2 O6 L' V; @& T; pIt's not possible to get in with 83, especially with speaking points of 18 only. 26 minimum is required for Speaking section for Nursing or medicine. Also, it's not possible to waive this requirement based on your current score ( general ELP or speak test itself). However, in cases where your overall score is very close to 86 ( 85, for example), and overall scores in other areas are fairly good, it's possible ( but not guaranteed) that admission office might accept it. It's subject to a committee meeting approval in that case.

多谢.我通过了university SPEAK.faculty of nursing 说TOEFL成绩是international administrtion负责.跟我了extention到七月底考CAEL,这个考试因是总分且SPEAK TEST 应该容易些.但愿能过.

No, ELP cannot be waived by just ANY 3-year studies, it must be 3-years of regular Canadian high school or university/college courses, excluding ESL type of courses and excluding failed courses too.

Good luck to your Speak Test and CAEL test! 50 points to pass in Speak test and 70 points to pass for CAEL test.
