Receptionist

The YWCA is recruiting a Receptionist. The Front Desk is the central point for internal and external communications for all departments, programs and events. A sound understanding of overall activity of the agency is essential. • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries- _$ o, L. P3 F
• Arrange courier services for all departments

Administration
# D) y. L7 D) D, S• Receive sort and distribute mail and packages; post outgoing mail( e, k/ q$ x- Q4 P
• Sort and distribute mail and deliveries
4 |( \2 Q0 s0 X6 t& q6 l4 I• Provide clerical support (e.g. word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, printing labels, mail-outs, and filing) to all departments of the agency

• Assist with task management for administrative volunteers

• Assist Business department with weekly bank deposit and processing payments l- O" A/ b: y; I6 F
• Assemble and forward information packets as requested

• Accept and process registrations for participants or attendees at various special events and staff training

• Assist YoWoChAs Outdoor Education Registration as required8 N) E( m, r5 K/ p1 t7 A

( r i$ r# {) C9 S3 \• Minimum 2 years office experience in areas related to office reception, and office procedures5 b1 ^( @# `' P0 L
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
