Believe or not, house price is increasing..

My friend is looking for a condo or duplex, but unfortunately, she found the average price already increased at least 1% compared with 3 months ago, and another thing pissed her off is that most of houses she likes already gone.

I don't know what will happen next step, but so far I believe I made the right choice to buy a condo in April.

For those who is still waiting, I suggest you to get one if u already found one. If the gas price keeps going up for next 2 or 3 months, I can't see the sign of price of dropping.

who knows, everyone wants to predict and has his own beliefs / whatever he wants to believe. But it is just a guessing game after all right? It also depends on when do u wanna buy a house, 1 week? 1 month? 1 year? 5 years?

Guessing is just guessing, who knows for sure?

如果你的朋友想买townhouse. 我来推荐一个，但是要快，据说15号之前一定要卖掉。在skyrattler，地下室装好，可以上westbrook小学（这些我都核实过）。我原来看好这个区，只是因为没有合适的房子，而且因为我家领导坚持买独立屋。

但买房子自住呢，价格就不那么重要了，你能承担多少，看到喜欢的就往前冲吧，

感觉现在在25－30 k 的房子都pending，我6月开始看房，看着楼市在涨。
