有谁知道目前加行退票政策。我买的从爱城出发往返北京的机票。已经在国内落地，向取消回程票。代理说1分钱都推不回来。说按照现在的退票政策算下来，已经产生负数。（也就是说我反倒成了欠加航钱）。不知道代理这么解释对不对。只是想搞个明白。

Hi Guys, Usually Air canada cancallation penalty is $200.

For example, your ticket is $1000, but you used outbound part. Now you want to cancal inbound (return) part. So, AC will charge you a one ticket fare, for example, one way (which you used part is $600, then you cancall return part. AC charge you $200, so you can get $200.
