Drill Bit Repair Technician

Temporary to permanent position
International oil & gas company
South side of Edmonton

" e, z9 C$ Y* K! \) X* w: B% K# j6 ~3 X# eAs a Drill Bit Repair Technician your duties would include:
*Setting up and operating machines and tools for drill bit repair
*Read and interrupt blueprints to build and repair according to product specifications
*Cleaning, quality inspecting, painting, pricing and shipping drill bits
: h5 e$ @( [" B8 k- S*Practicing total quality management and safety processes
*Driving 3/4 tonne truck for hot-shot deliveries (minimal aspect of position)

Requirements:
+ b" P- I$ P& v*Minimum Grade 12 or G.E.D. equivalent
& O! Q3 D- L" @1 b8 p*Reliable vehicle is required
*PC literate in Windows 95/98 and Microsoft Office 97
*Proven team player with a positive attitude
7 o, Q# R+ d9 n/ H*Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- B3 j" C; P* |, |0 ^& V4 K# D7 Z*Machining and welding experience an asset
*Knowledge of drilling operations an asset
*H2S and First Aid certification an asset
