9 K/ n+ D( n4 M( Z! qWe are seeking an organized self starter to support plant and field maintenance for assigned production equipment. Work shifts available are a 5-2 or 4-3 rotation (depending on the individual's preference). On-call duties are covered on a rotational basis.


Job Duties / Responsibilities
- n* a. h* T: J+ v• Perform routine day to day and emergency maintenance activities on electrical equipment;
• Provide troubleshooting and problem solving support on equipment in a timely manner;
( ?/ k' T5 a6 m, G• Work individually or together with other skilled trades on planned, preventative, and predictive maintenance programs;
) h, a7 A( A0 {2 e! g- U• Work with engineering and construction groups on the design, construction, and commissioning phases of new projects;
• Assist in the planning, execution, and start up phases of area turnaround activities;
& d  K  |  }8 V• Assist with the development of short and long term maintenance strategies and plans;
• Strive to keep current on emerging technologies;
• Ensure all electrical drawings are kept up to date, reflecting changes made in the field;

  L; u1 J8 e. c1 S  f  I: j' C• Ensure industry and corporate standards are followed on all installations;
  f6 |) K$ [, b3 K• Participate in the Process Safety Management programs in the areas of HAZOP, Equipment Integrity, Risk Management, Operating Procedures, Management of Change, and Incident Investigation;

: A* V! `( f5 T% G! |9 v% [: T7 d/ j• Minimum of 5 years oil and gas electrical maintenance experience;
5 L& Z9 W' q4 R* a• Journeyman Electrical Tradesperson certification;
• Dedicated team player;
• Strong problem solving skills;
& n% _3 m7 i" p& Y9 B• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
• Good PC knowledge.

我在国内的工厂里做了十几年的电气工程师，在大学读的是电机专业。（哈尔滨电工学院电机专业，79届）。2006年8月份考了个电工证。在多伦多的一家工厂做了一年半的设备维护工作。去年8月至今，在Edmonton西边的一家工厂做电工。
