• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an

• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G. 2 ~6 C, U! ]7 o" v# K
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users. , x+ I1 y' Z* b
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods. + h ~5 A( A) p; c; M, v$ N
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
( F& t+ N" o4 C3 |( L4 T• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
2 z5 z4 e p$ u• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
/ B a' W$ F9 w7 T) _3 W! O9 X• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
0 T' z. _0 ~) B* b• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.2 C5 ]( {- i J' [" Q% E
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.

• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
) m8 U6 p- @ F1 f7 ?& l• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.

• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.

• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner

• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.

• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

Education / Experience
- ~- v7 ~! L; x, O+ [6 I( [• Grade 12 / GED.
, r4 R4 b0 D9 L* B• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
4 C) r5 g; ]# \/ r( R* J0 `• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
1 a' d1 l: A- D1 a• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
}& g7 K' a/ T" k• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
/ b, K# @9 f1 n7 H0 x• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.- q) K/ f, U8 i2 Z! w
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
