$ H2 Q- d8 Q# r( e( N6 | W2 t• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
& u2 t* U" [; z$ _6 E* p B• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.

• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
1 v" C7 L$ m6 ?• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system. . }( e& U6 G$ W4 D/ G/ ]+ u
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner. # v! a2 K6 e$ L% Q0 D6 j/ R
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.) [7 v; B& j! |) q2 e8 c
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.: F) y; t+ f# S1 v# t5 \7 I6 V
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.- L/ U) l7 U$ z
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.

( r% Y- {; p2 h' {• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for

2 X: w! y& N2 v2 T" m$ M- o• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
* |* t) v `/ ~; v7 F, V- Z& q• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
6 S7 r7 G; H1 W3 X• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.

• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.

• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
7 j1 z8 n# C, t! O• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment , h1 F7 [, s6 T. ]0 T( y
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
; j: D; x5 p# b; p/ J+ A4 s: K• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.* L! x) _1 J' U6 n. r( `- h1 F, _! J
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.

Education / Experience
5 G9 M% O2 h: e- D0 W! a- n3 A w. M• Grade 12 / GED. ; Q- I$ A' f' ?/ A6 Q& E
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel. 5 o9 }% Y& Y4 ^- p% D3 s2 a! B
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. : [5 @! a" c- l) w! m
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. 6 [8 O! r8 [, n! ?3 I+ F" W0 h
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. " A; [! ]2 {' v* O
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.. z! D$ U; ]7 Z! \. J
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
