• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right

• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.

• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
) X/ a* a( g' X. |• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G. ' d" |; O5 |+ b6 m* p% r
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
/ L) y i7 j5 N" w3 r# N• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods. ' j9 p; T' [, H2 n5 N
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
+ ^7 K8 F. f0 a# S• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
+ v9 B# p( g( G9 C% X D• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system. 4 g y& W# m5 r8 |1 T' E0 a+ E1 I! M
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
3 ?( R4 \% e3 c: S3 {( V4 J• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.. V9 h* ~. e6 U- }3 f' s5 P
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
' L* Q+ C, X0 g• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
- _1 T: A+ L) q4 ?" W* ?, _• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
$ f' j* ?$ v& z3 t: [1 F5 n9 u& G2 V% l• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.

• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
5 j: ^6 D! F, C; `• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.

• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner

• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.

• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment 5 y7 C: t8 t4 {& Q6 I; R& l
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned. * c8 b/ Z& }. R) |0 b/ q9 y
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.- T+ ~! {2 I- f0 s( E# I3 N1 b
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.: {/ A6 |" {9 Q% g* D' r

5 F& }; y8 F$ i* v• Grade 12 / GED. : z% K4 L; b% F; J5 x$ P! C* b
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
' P* q0 _6 O8 Z9 T• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. 0 K3 s$ v! ` y7 M) _/ t
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
: \+ O* v+ c1 w; }" c• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
, r2 i! f G- }: _3 L• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required./ _6 P1 g# T- j x! _- t
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
