Job Description:
, r. c; ^! V. OSupervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
' K) }7 X4 v' @; yAuthorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
. h! c% `8 S" D3 y" eSell merchandise to customers
6 _. S2 Z* H9 T: Z; R+ e: T% _Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
9 p& v; {9 W0 C; e5 `6 H2 Z7 bMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
" p  [* ~5 s" O. h, f* UPrepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
$ R  J/ n# ^5 F1 p$ V: I; SHire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:
