请问申请PNP，Pre-assessment是已经开始审核了么？

% z/ R$ V# A3 ~2 M' c4 n我有了PN File Number，是不是就是所谓的File No呢？

PN File Number is the file number that used in Alberta PNP office
" ~5 K9 O/ u" m8 U! t5 p
When you submit your application to CIC, you will get another file number which should begin with "B"
