Job Duties / Responsibilities* F1 l! }- k& g& C" k
-Familiarize with the assigned process units
- g& |: E1 p3 k2 r6 h% Q-Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit. 0 p' M5 r8 D: i8 x
-Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.
3 V6 W0 c4 ]9 o-Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc. M3 T( q b7 U) O
-Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation0 G: o7 J, b- |, v- R) t2 p) m% `5 R
-Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.2 T+ }4 p! y5 F% I7 J" [3 u
-Undertake different jobs assigned time to time by process/contact engineers1 Y$ V+ F( |$ F, }( r+ y* y2 I6 ~
-Take up small study projects and prepare reports

Education / Experience1 ^! A5 T/ }$ Q$ e9 Y7 [1 }! M
Currently completing undergrad degree in Process Engineering. 4&5 semester student would be preferred. |
