We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
! G* h9 p2 E' y; R        University Degree, or
8 q. i! P4 o/ c; J# g        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

/ y3 y, ~1 u, p2 wOther requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
( w. R4 K3 J4 A2 I+ M        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
1 y" a% E3 v& Y% A        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
/ r8 }0 I3 ?, h. i" t# [9 @        Procurement and service contract management;
* Y& ?, ^4 K9 Q+ Q        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
