# X+ O4 t* L. W5 ]0 V6 o9 QWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

. T3 v% \8 v0 [; AEducational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

( _. {! C9 `: O6 e, bOther requirements:
& x2 d4 ^# _/ [        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
2 x; q: U: B: M) Z; r8 J; b        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
& B; l) k6 ~. D$ j6 Y        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
) O8 S& R+ ^5 C0 p5 j* r) j, }        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
