We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

. U" K1 w1 B* S/ a# m7 j        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

* p- Q( n9 W( I0 c3 Z! j        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
+ J! J# g1 o" G, T        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
4 j6 h( d' D0 ~) R- g        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
: {  t, p0 v) \- N: r        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
