' }5 ]0 y9 Q, E' ]; n% AWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
3 V$ B+ E# y  t. `  D        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
# Y$ V! M+ }9 u# h        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
3 H2 V6 X5 Y$ {/ V        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
3 f- v( ^7 ~: n& ?! N        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
2 t; j3 S* W; |. e0 `% p- o2 _# F9 U        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
