) ^  u" P1 X6 qWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

# w3 d' R1 g8 F% j' S. M" c3 x) t3 WEducational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
/ a$ @" ~' \% m        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
) _- C3 v/ i1 }: a        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
0 [( W- _$ }( j" _% t% F  p' b        General building management;
3 p& W  d5 z, z        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
, X% Z9 }4 l+ [5 I        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
