 A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization. }5 }) v# b: K9 {0 o0 w

 Experience in working with seniors and senior services;1 E0 U" j7 `- m) @
 Staff supervision and human resources experience;, O( o) U8 l: \ ~
 Budget preparation and financial reporting;* x, ~: U. F* a. A' h
 Procurement and service contract management;! V7 {; n$ `. r" _4 U' d
 General building management;8 l- j) n9 U9 `# z) k! ~3 M
 Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
