We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

! g+ p$ F. r% g8 L. [. DEducational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
$ n0 t: F) ?7 m  R+ U3 x. L* E        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
; p0 M5 V3 Y2 j' h5 s        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

5 V9 @$ a5 }, ~! z7 B# u0 t7 h        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
( P0 t0 {8 O1 I1 q, e        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
3 `5 U2 `$ J  R6 ^6 q+ ^        Procurement and service contract management;
9 w0 s% ~( Y3 E, O        General building management;
+ T9 o8 j/ R" C        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
4 ?9 L: p. w( G& J- J5 s        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
