Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
% x0 j7 a0 I4 ]( N: ?Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
9 U* k3 k+ A& D5 ?1 M& g) u; O/ eSell merchandise to customers
7 b1 D2 u8 n  v8 u6 N6 |Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
& Y( x! v& Y; J/ Y3 M% Y6 WMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
$ k# m. c+ N; N2 PHire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:
