在正确的时间，买一个自己喜欢的房子

区域，位置，朝向，安静程度，里面的宽敞程度都很重要，而几万元的差价就没那么重要了，都说贵有贵的道理（在同一个时间）。

there is always a reason behind a low price and a higher one, so it's important to find out why. As I always say, arm yourself with knowledge; to achieve that, view more houses, talk to more people, ask more questions, do more reading and researches. It's not easy for anyone to tell all here with just a few sentences; no one would know what is what you do not know.

1  取暖锅炉和烧水锅炉。
2  地下室的地基有没有裂缝和有没有水淹和发霉的痕迹。
3  厨房和卫生间

不要光看房子里面，还要看屋前屋后排水及前后院保养的怎样，邻居也挺重要的。

另外跟经纪签合同一定要注意，合同里有人会给你埋下麻烦。。。。。。

I would focus on the following:
1. location 2. House type 3. Hardware and not software of the house 4. Exterior environment.
5. Relative elevation of the lot 6. Front elevation of the house.
