Our mandate is to provide access to information and resources that will assist entrepreneurs and the small business community to start and grow their business. The Business Link’s toll-free business information line, web-based services, innovative uses of video conferencing technologies, and walk-in centers in Edmonton and Calgary ensure clients throughout Alberta have access to our many resources.

) ^' h9 F0 Z: H: N4 Z3 p2 TWe are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.

3 l5 `7 Q+ Z& F; M c• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations / P* l T) @& {5 D: C; H* w
• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
, A, L3 t% J3 u4 b4 r• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach
$ L* ?; ?/ z; P9 y" Y• Promoting TBL products and services
& Q" q% t+ q# @( r* i• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance
% N! P: p4 t4 M• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables 4 P& S& n6 g. z. k: p
• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta $ ~7 }; r' l2 ?: a$ m) \
• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry
* V3 P! D- L3 r0 r) }1 v7 j• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program 5 E8 K( F; |7 E$ e$ F
• Arranging catering for various meetings

• Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience 0 ~7 O7 e& w6 W9 p1 R* ]
• Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling
