The Business Link’s toll-free business information line, web-based services, innovative uses of video conferencing technologies, and walk-in centers in Edmonton and Calgary ensure clients throughout Alberta have access to our many resources.

4 I+ p# h! i1 G' F+ {$ ~We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.; n3 C( j/ E# [+ ?' t

" @+ D8 N3 I5 d. p8 SPosition Summary
' ^* P. P: H+ {$ l( M0 U- r! u! b& L4 `  D. r' T
•        Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
  H& V0 {9 e5 r* i+ R( Q•        Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings   j% E5 Y, ]  {0 J. N
•        Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach
3 L, [) X$ |% X1 m7 }•        Promoting TBL products and services ) Q7 C; X. |: y
•        Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance   M! g! U# F0 u" d% `
•        Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables . Z1 I3 q) k6 Y9 W* `
•        Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta 3 M# C6 t% G  Y& G. G0 o% k  {4 [
•        Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry: H9 _# {7 z' }
•        Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program
9 E# T% G# j- u: x•        Arranging catering for various meetings 1 Y, `; l) J# b: ~% @
•        Opening and closing of The Business Link Office
8 Z" s6 w- c7 o* G! p•        Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times

Qualifications

Education and Experience
- U; N% b$ [" |& v, @+ \+ q0 w+ {9 ^" O# ?, \; ~
•        Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience , l: Y/ Y1 Q0 L  Y% G
•        Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling
" c& I* @1 A2 v•        College Certificate or Diploma in related field.
* }/ C2 G/ ^6 q: \7 K/ ~# }
, `8 j" |2 {; C. q# k$ ?' B) t) j" fSkills: Z- C/ J5 `7 ~) h7 Y6 j
  a$ C. S6 ^' Z- b) W1 i- Y
        Strong work ethic7 E2 M7 J" A6 ?  ^7 d. L) j
        Professional, diplomatic and  self-starter
8 J7 O8 N" g4 B7 \3 k3 J  B7 ^3 p& }( o        Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook8 @; S. h+ m: f- N. |7 l
        Problem solving skills to define problems and recommend practical solutions
7 V# Y6 b* N/ W: E* J/ h5 }        Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at all levels of the organization
