The Business Link’s toll-free business information line, web-based services, innovative uses of video conferencing technologies, and walk-in centers in Edmonton and Calgary ensure clients throughout Alberta have access to our many resources.

We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry. p; `" P0 p" n# A

Position Summary

' w0 I7 ]' V8 @5 a8 K4 y• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations . T9 P# W3 Q: i5 Q% _5 G0 T( N
• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
8 i! z) d, [* t* X! [8 R" L• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach 6 \' F5 E% }0 f5 B6 w& u* b3 [! Z
• Promoting TBL products and services
0 H% n9 U# _# G0 Z+ \9 c' L/ l• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance 5 s6 l: @4 m7 s+ u+ t: B+ f. N
• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables - i; U: ^4 u) Q `% E8 H
• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta 5 ~9 z$ V1 r: H- d0 v3 p: w, j
• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry

• Arranging catering for various meetings

• Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times
