The Business Link’s toll-free business information line, web-based services, innovative uses of video conferencing technologies, and walk-in centers in Edmonton and Calgary ensure clients throughout Alberta have access to our many resources.$ N2 c7 v1 U2 r& u

We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.% o9 O1 `& }4 v' t

Position Summary
4 W; L" x3 p) g0 F2 e8 \/ v9 R4 i2 P/ B
•        Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations 2 D7 ^" {- ?& l  t
•        Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings * N/ v8 _) U$ `: ^( [4 Y
•        Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach
5 C% @2 W3 Y/ S/ V* d- S! z* G•        Promoting TBL products and services 0 D* X9 \) A' x/ a! g4 `
•        Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance
. A+ o: U2 n3 U3 Q8 q•        Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables ' {7 e$ \5 V3 Y+ ]$ {) L
•        Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta
9 E6 e( a" L8 g. p•        Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry8 o, K0 Q& b, g. ~8 ]
•        Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program & j/ u: h5 M/ i& L" R% }: g
•        Arranging catering for various meetings

•        Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times

6 {/ M5 k5 n! q, S0 _3 l•        Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience
& s3 c- b, K( r•        Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling% z$ R4 A8 @1 O/ U% W0 @1 V% _8 j
•        College Certificate or Diploma in related field.

        Problem solving skills to define problems and recommend practical solutions4 K7 R; ]) ?2 W4 A# F
        Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at all levels of the organization
4 U* M/ j1 g$ w& q) s# k& D9 r        Strong organizational skills with multi-tasking abilities5 z( I2 g" n8 B- U7 c; W2 F; i
        Continuous learning is essential to perform job effectively
