Is looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual;  

0 B6 p* A5 V. ]) l# G! |Wage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
. a4 U0 E9 c- cSchedule: Flexible 2-3 days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm (with the possibility of becoming full-time);

Skill/Education/Experience required:
- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
% Z$ I/ T! G# ~( [! j- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
: x0 {7 c7 `+ S: p/ I7 d# f$ i- Paying attention to details;
  w* J9 e3 S% R* `- Good time management and organizational skills required;
- Post-secondary education preferred;
- previously related office experience preferred;
- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
