C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
, x" }0 z6 c/ f# u2 YDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
' Q8 ]! U) J, ^& b* Q# [; _•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
6 [' F' Y4 h" Z4 S, C0 L# }•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
' F% {) i) [! `" P  G•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
5 L: B+ ^; R1 c8 l# Y6 L: ^•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
' I. U" X5 L. K' `" E•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
) @; N6 d9 h! C" @3 n. i* h8 \•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
. a7 |/ q! W1 y0 S1 r  EMandatory Requirements:
7 y  |2 B* J2 k* a•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
  Z2 f5 P, L: A0 K) A9 L( M2 s' q•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
" G5 K* \* [- U/ ]6 y4 A•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
* F1 @' u# h$ [: H" X2 `•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
0 U! c4 X6 ?; h& ^  |•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
6 y4 e) E1 H( U5 a8 _4 l1 o- {& q•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
