C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
. x! M& P1 k8 _Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
) c$ m- i- d$ }9 W•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
! u- a7 T% C$ ]  r; R•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
1 Y3 w2 o5 ]" m6 [. a: _/ y•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
- r) V7 `( P% @$ T" Z2 d+ f$ I•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
+ F& M! G' C9 }Mandatory Requirements:
' Q! a( z. p  j4 C: a•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
6 ?% U- w9 L2 C  A; R( i•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
2 Y1 Q9 h0 _, B3 _+ R& y1 s* g# R$ m$ ^•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
% h5 l2 ]0 i* D•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
4 P3 d1 \- x5 `- p- d* F3 z. I1 R•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
9 i. F, y( P& j! S5 I•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
/ Y2 J" l' u* H' E# E* sDesirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
