3 n& K/ ], H) h: Y& ]; [7 OC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
7 Q+ t( L* d+ B+ W7 A& k, V+ [•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
6 X# z6 o9 |. v+ g6 f6 A: T•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
' z! c3 U( O( M5 T7 d3 n; T•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
1 U2 z; v$ r: [- S, s•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
( E3 g2 U/ V. I5 \3 m•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
; F2 w, q6 u' r•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
" u! `2 R5 x* v* L5 B' Y( S- {Mandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
  |% N, M' k+ P" c•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
& @  G& G) F2 T: k- P. M8 {•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
( \6 m: B9 D. `( k2 N" A5 ]•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
% J; h  {( D; n  a+ [•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
' J$ x& v) [" P1 R0 R7 Z+ ^6 T5 |Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
