C# Systems Analyst

C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
" I' K7 x% ~! w; x( c8 `•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
8 v  `; G0 D9 l7 q9 K0 o•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
( E; {! Y5 K4 C. N( V  Q" ?•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
; K' \1 U, J- W# |/ _) [# v6 D•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
+ l5 Z* [0 m( f$ t* O+ `; f•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
: C# L2 ?, f8 O. J8 ?8 a6 s3 AMandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
) J6 m  i5 m3 j+ A•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
! p4 n/ C& B1 g! n7 J  _•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)

. C( {. P4 E0 ]7 A•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
