C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.

•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
, i' F7 {' P& V2 |; E•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
1 }% T  Q' @' R•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
8 U1 B7 G7 ^: q5 ~; f7 J0 o5 M•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
1 ?- h9 k! G5 l0 _. }5 A/ h•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
1 n& l! `( I5 F3 J7 w  T•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
% ~/ C) S5 [$ s" ]7 g  A  z+ l•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
  l% x) c" h; R" w3 r•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
) U; @& N' O. w6 S8 V, ?•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
; J+ F! r9 S- g6 Q% @! UDesirable Requirements:
2 i& U, Z& l3 s•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
