C# Systems Analyst

C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
/ p) B0 F4 ?( I2 K' f•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
$ M- v6 F! Q) N# \2 T! b& ?/ u•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
) X( r. F6 x; Q4 f" e; t- x( t•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
/ L9 H3 E4 D3 S: L* \•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
1 \8 Y+ g' u  kMandatory Requirements:
# [0 ~2 `/ @: Q. s•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
1 b, Z, r  E; X5 [- j" N, d  q•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
( [7 E' d0 B$ h) d) Z# ^•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
! f, I0 E: u; q5 @: F3 u•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
# ^7 W4 ], L2 c•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
