9 U3 C, o) F! |/ F  O: |8 ^9 hC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
  m! ~5 L" l1 n•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
% X# ?5 j2 [! A9 Q5 ]+ b: A: t•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
) |: H$ J. _( R1 q" u4 r8 S•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
# a+ m; h8 M3 R4 D; {8 K•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
' F4 R4 W. P& D# t! u: ~% [, U•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
: x! V+ q! D: R$ F$ R1 _•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
5 f! {' h# G/ J- _1 b8 [8 h+ V•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
& `8 K( A$ l" y& J, Q7 ~•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
0 u/ y7 c, P' S•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
( W. ?- T3 N4 N; U$ _- b1 _+ T•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
9 g; V# L. O, v& N7 E2 DMandatory Requirements:
' k4 ^) O! x- I3 ]0 p•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
' l8 }  K! R# f( I$ c2 O, y•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
3 V1 ], m* A+ ~: G7 ^1 Y* w# a•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
5 @' q- p! c. _8 \1 Z•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
* A% C. P  s4 V4 @6 P•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
  s; `7 f/ \6 ~+ i* d•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
, r3 h1 F& }9 }/ V; ]•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
