C# Systems Analyst

C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
) r9 Q7 P5 t0 K. F& d7 [; x$ |7 D•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
" ]9 Y  i8 H1 T) K•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
( q+ b0 x* U7 |, W1 k•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
- v) p$ j* w6 c7 J; P; o•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
' Y# ]9 _9 M& l! }•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
1 i5 k  d% H& m•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
( y* ?# \! h& r4 n* H6 M•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
% _/ C9 [) Q8 Q3 r$ B•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
  W( V- ~- f* C( i5 ~8 Z7 G•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
2 @3 }2 V% ], m) D' b/ _# _" R•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
) q$ J- K% N6 l5 `. {) TDesirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
