range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
Schedule: Flexible workweek, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

Must be proficient in English speaking, reading and writing & in Chinese (Cantonese OR Mandarin)

) m( [/ A2 P8 x; T- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
-Paying attention to details;
, L, e$ P( R( K- l+ n- Good time management and organizational skills required;
-Post-secondary education preferred;
! b# x( ]# l% b. e) ]7 A/ b. I6 y-previously related office experience preferred;
; C' v# g6 g  S- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

# }0 A& i- z4 |+ \6 O# X- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
% V/ o) n9 s$ v6 e! l$ j3 P- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
. o' r& M2 u/ C, w( r- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
. |6 Q) ^: o$ i* `& C. U( g7 B- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
