5 i3 s3 n1 G3 R ^3 `4 _outlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：) ~9 }& W/ h3 t8 v

1.Open the email message from the person you want to add : E3 l- {% y- j0 W/ f: p/ U% V+ D- u
5 K+ A' c! N( a. ~$ \* u* {2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts$ F9 e8 ?3 f* E W& I% T4 A3 T
The Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.( B: F' n2 m7 F" W7 |" q

HINT: To move between fields, press [Tab].
