outlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：3 V5 A: ~) @' O( O% T( ?; d
9 u, s0 R% V9 ^ x+ E3 G1.Open the email message from the person you want to add 3 J2 K6 g; g: I6 R3 S! K' S+ s
* J+ L& ? O9 N3 `6 b2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts' b) ^2 |' Q6 e( j
The Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.
