outlook 2007 快速增加联系人

! Q; \- _8 u+ w, i" ]outlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：

8 O0 G1 Y' D# L/ F& l* O% e' O1.Open the email message from the person you want to add
+ h# O8 t+ N& e0 ]) I! ]
4 P6 i1 Q/ j8 y& _$ ~2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts
- M+ p9 M3 o( x" ]7 ?: z; sThe Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.

. K7 X; O4 N  U4 X% C3.Complete or edit the remaining text boxes as desired
HINT: To move between fields, press [Tab].
