Cream cheese 100g

egg yolk 1: f0 t. l p* P. }# |" [
sugar 80g0 E9 J, A# e* O7 s! z& J$ K2 F' v* i
' [$ [& y5 v0 w1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)

3. Add warm milk, mix until sugar melt completely3 O* c/ ]9 e" {- j3 n9 l0 c
4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)
0 C1 s$ q; `2 w- i+ e5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

vanilla extract 1/2tsp

1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled! ^2 p" b- M! s) S; N7 N8 P: T
2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar 3 N) B0 g' L e6 D+ C. p( K
3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)3 I8 U2 h% A1 a. M$ U3 J
4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well
* c0 Y7 ]9 c! K5. Preheat ovan to 170C, bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

第一種做出來有一半超好吃
