44, bigger lot, Conner lot, close to the pond, and not facing school yard.

lot 44 基本价= 40/2 = 20 万，很接近要价。
lot 46 基本价= 38/2 = 19 万，实际价高出两万，虽然背靠绿地，但学校绿地不足以溢价2万。背靠绿地由劣到优顺序为：
高压线，高速公路，学校，公园，小湖， Ravine, 大湖。

当然是44好。前面通小池塘，后面是小路。小路南侧是池塘和贵房子。车库在北侧，客厅在南侧正好和邻居相隔较远，客厅可以做两侧窗，或者做成八角形的格局。

房子的射影不是方形的。在最窄的地方只有车库，34肯定够用。等到了要摆客厅的进深，宽度肯定已经不止34了。具体pocket形状要拿开发商的图纸和建筑商一起讨论如何利用最大面宽。

看来看好44的居多，原来有些取舍不定，现在看来就44吧，多谢各位！
, e0 J$ F7 C! m2 F. T另外有一点疑问，WST回帖中说  “Lot 46 基本价= 38/2 = 19 万”, 38 是pocket size吗？我看着两个pocket都是40的pocket 呀？
) ~& `) h2 G: P  b7 Q, G还有site plan 上注明44是RC (Restrictive covenant),有没有什么说道？

38 是pocket size. 我又看了 lot 46 (block 3) 的pocket是38。你再看看。
