5 p1 M {9 @- t" G; }! r, l. Z2010年2月2日埃德蒙顿消息：2010年1月，独立屋在1月份的销售量与去年12月大致持平，而康兜的平均价格下降了2%，所有房型销量较12月下降了6.8%，但市场保有量接近翻番。

1月份的房地产价格是$314,783，比上个月下降了1.4%，同比下降0.7%。其中，独立屋（singlehouse）的价格稳中有升，从12月的$366,761上涨到1月的$367,747。康兜（condo）的价格下降了2%，从12月的$244,174下降到1月的$239,006，丢普莱克斯（duplex）和排屋（rowhouse）的价格平均上升1.5%，均价为$300,563。
