+ I1 A, z2 b9 f) H- Prepare and mix metalizing solutions according to formulas or specifications
- Operate and control electroplating equipment to coat metal and other objects
% x( N/ f/ W8 N: U! ~) _% w% m- Operate hot-dip metal plating equipment to galvanize metal and other objects
- Tend automatic metal coating machine which conveys objects through series of cleaning, rinsing and plating solutions
; r, i3 D9 J$ @+ N0 L* d- Operate spray equipment to build up worn or damaged parts or to bond protective or decorative coatings on metal objects
- Check proper thickness of plating using micrometers, callipers or other devices
% m6 f1 J" j, m* k0 [- ?" L9 `- Clean and prepare metal parts for coating
* ?2 k8 t: x' c- Tend ovens which cure metal coating
