我在五年前买这房子是为了小孩上初中和高中乘车方便。现在孩子到外地上大学去了，它完成了它的历史使命，所以将其低价出售。如果你的孩子正在或将上初，高中， U OF A 它是一个好的选择；如果有老人想找一个公寓安度晚年，它也是一个理想的地方；如果你在DOWNTOWN上班，不想开车，它更是一个不错的选择。

你可以参考你那一栋楼其它要买房的价格，价格和很多因素有关。

To be honest with you guys, it is very hard to sell condo in this building. It is older condo, the condo fee is too high, it will scare people away.
The bad management team made huge damage to the investment values of all condo in this build and the build next to it.
If you buy lone time ago, you'd like rent it out.
Look at tons of selling signs outside, you will know the it is very slow to sell condo there.

How do you know the management made the damage to the building. Any old building need to be repaired. After the building was repaired, it will increase the building book value, and it should last 50 plus years with regular maintenance. I will pay the repair fee, not put into the condo fee .

真的，我交了3万多，因为我的有1000尺，气死人了。本来我9月份也可以把这个房子卖掉，现在看来卖不掉了，打个广告，哪个要租房的，9月份我这个房子就空出来了
