•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control+ h+ ?2 I6 u$ P/ ^
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
0 s* O9 U+ `) q& q7 E' V7 @( R•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
* o* m6 v  n, w9 c5 N% o•        Managing customer expectations $ o+ ^& N/ f) l' ?9 V: \. y% k
•        Documentation of technical procedures * p" J* _) ]: x  u' |' B
•        Trouble shooting client network issues

•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

•        Customer service skills

•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

•        2 years experience in a technical support role
