/ t# Q6 F. D# {& i6 M' ?• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
9 K& u5 o" g6 s6 p• Identification and replication of software defects : Z, r- H( c& L2 P* p6 ?
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
. u9 p4 w: l! P# _; K) g3 M• Managing customer expectations 8 O7 g9 r4 F. p( l
• Documentation of technical procedures 7 I2 k' k, N! ?0 u2 `
• Trouble shooting client network issues

Experience and Education
