•        Identification and replication of software defects  
& k* v* u* ]6 Q7 G; Y; J, Q6 {•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  $ e& T- E; _; X
•        Managing customer expectations

•        Trouble shooting client network issues

•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

Experience and Education
