• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control) n2 W4 `; _. O. f. s2 i
• Identification and replication of software defects
( |7 m# v/ b% ^" z. u, w• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients

• Documentation of technical procedures / S; J, ]) U7 r$ y6 D) b; ?: D
• Trouble shooting client network issues 8 ^' D8 K6 z4 L! ?3 S9 E
• Optimizing system configurations

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

• Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

• Customer service skills

• Excellent interpersonal and team skills

• General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
