/ b% |. t2 P- h& M6 M• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
4 n/ W, k% g4 i/ D2 F# \• Identification and replication of software defects $ O( q1 x& W8 v0 z/ {8 Z
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients . h* ]/ m! w1 D2 U+ j" f2 r
• Managing customer expectations

• Trouble shooting client network issues
