• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
7 w( c$ R9 n% b8 b* P• Identification and replication of software defects . B) M' I3 Z; _$ g2 C1 @
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients 3 Q- l: [7 q% s( @7 P7 y2 {# s
• Managing customer expectations

• Trouble shooting client network issues $ a5 Z. h# X i
• Optimizing system configurations

Experience and Education
