• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
6 _/ z1 ^; ]! u& v% W• Identification and replication of software defects
# F: S7 [) m& U c• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
) v$ q" y4 f; e" e" L! m" H" \/ [• Managing customer expectations . ~/ l+ |4 y4 h B3 |. k0 m8 a
• Documentation of technical procedures ( }0 U) x0 H# ~! a. M
• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) 0 a/ W. Q Y- j& {
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system $ {' B$ g5 X% `0 @
• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

• Technical writing skills

• Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
