+ j8 u D% `5 u8 U# j• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control. M1 |! a% r$ v _' R$ A% J# L$ f
• Identification and replication of software defects

• Managing customer expectations

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system 4 V- o) ]: V' `/ ^1 U

• Site services worldwide

• Technical writing skills

• Excellent interpersonal and team skills

• General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)

• 2 years experience in a technical support role
