Position Responsibilities:* r) Z' l9 E4 e: P
• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
* n; D9 S$ d I1 h! `; E3 Y• Identification and replication of software defects % r2 E( x! S7 ]/ z! P- A/ N
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
5 N# {8 r, L- c• Managing customer expectations ' G" g9 L3 t4 g5 z* C6 l2 z0 }
• Documentation of technical procedures 8 R9 S; C4 M) D, C3 \. T- w
• Trouble shooting client network issues
; U) R! D1 q6 T• Optimizing system configurations

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
