Position Responsibilities:

; t7 G2 \. h' v7 W1 D. w: Z• Identification and replication of software defects # n% k. P i+ i; M$ f9 l/ V
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients ; j( ]# P3 R: s. i4 [" w
• Managing customer expectations 3 ?' Z7 Y' m5 L8 q. }3 t) v
• Documentation of technical procedures

• Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

• Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
