Position Responsibilities:- M3 |( X, K5 |4 i1 R, {$ O2 O
•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
6 _/ z1 ^; ]! u& v% W•        Identification and replication of software defects  
# F: S7 [) m& U  c•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
) v$ q" y4 f; e" e" L! m" H" \/ [•        Managing customer expectations . ~/ l+ |4 y4 h  B3 |. k0 m8 a
•        Documentation of technical procedures ( }0 U) x0 H# ~! a. M
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
9 [: }0 N1 v- E& Y: y# J( b0 ]•        Optimizing system configurations    E6 D7 [; J( a* S& G# a
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) 0 a/ W. Q  Y- j& {
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system $ {' B$ g5 X% `0 @
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        System training
9 |8 q3 X6 ~7 I4 H) }4 A- k•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin
9 O  ]; p9 S  z, C+ }•        Work evenings as required) W" h; c7 R! Q$ t$ P- a( w
Skills and Knowledge Required; O7 e5 a1 L! ]- Y$ u/ O
•        Customer service skills 7 T1 b4 \$ f( R7 r' z& O" V
•        Technical writing skills
3 M: p4 l6 ~% p' b% K9 O•        C++ development skills + z9 Y& ]8 c. R! P5 `' p
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
- r' n- T  A, m# M% E; D•        Network trouble shooting skills 1 i7 k/ n4 D! R( [) q
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills 5 {& Y4 l$ f1 t1 x
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments   d4 L! S1 q7 {7 c1 z! J
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
