Position Responsibilities:
. F7 X7 C* m; t# c( x$ F0 O•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
; t7 G2 \. h' v7 W1 D. w: Z•        Identification and replication of software defects  # n% k. P  i+ i; M$ f9 l/ V
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  ; j( ]# P3 R: s. i4 [" w
•        Managing customer expectations 3 ?' Z7 Y' m5 L8 q. }3 t) v
•        Documentation of technical procedures
7 p# J5 c7 b% r0 n% u% E•        Trouble shooting client network issues
) |. [% t$ n& _- Z) c•        Optimizing system configurations  
4 g2 s' o/ Y" @8 @" {  I•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

Skills and Knowledge Required
7 }8 I; m! P3 o# O1 q$ e•        Customer service skills
$ v7 d* W, B( A•        Technical writing skills $ a: `, f+ j' [+ r. {# x
•        C++ development skills - ], X; h, i, j% {, U" d
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
7 P) F; l9 L7 V- M•        Network trouble shooting skills
/ S- `' z2 Z% k) k6 ^•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills ( l. N$ _8 N# M! t6 R
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
0 Z( x+ D; Y/ a•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
* i9 d/ V( F# k; Y/ B•        Ability to work independently
+ u- P1 @# d9 `$ V6 b•        Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin

6 C3 T7 t0 L: U# e2 G•        Technical degree or diploma
8 F0 b: L, c2 ?" }7 k•        2 years experience in a technical support role. C" d  C( B$ d. U4 O
