! w8 \0 a. F1 w& e8 Y After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again.

We isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains.$ {0 N0 I) q* ]0 N) |* H
Swap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.

: `0 A4 ~: \0 N- P v! PWhen the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.
6 t1 D7 n' k( \ L tUse a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.
- L$ Y7 ?- e' D: a; {Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.

: y3 j3 }7 g( ?The next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.8 E# ]2 w0 {6 [+ o6 o/ X' i
They have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.8 }1 ?$ I* _0 N+ [$ l9 \
It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working. ; ?$ \8 G9 h& n: W) E: Q
. H; {" @. H" q2 Z4 SThe coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them.
