In glass measuring cup, microwave until warm:
+ S% P! n& i- |& D1/2 cup evaporated milk (can substitute regular milk if desired) + D' n+ C1 V( ?2 Q6 Z. @
4 tablespoons butter or margarine# i4 Q- K: Y3 x7 T( r% j
Add:
9 w8 h( {% C Q& X. b+ {2 @1 teaspoon vanilla extract
i* \3 x# h' G$ j0 w" A z6 I' g$ @9 o3 l- M3 z% M
2 K4 q: r8 n) ~! C2 v) [# HStir together dry ingredients:+ Q( D# B' H; w. j6 \, i' H
1 cup flour
% ~' G c8 ~; `( |8 m8 }1/2 cup sugar( P& W R) M/ K
2 teaspoons baking powder! S% Y# m* K; Y. s, X; y3 X) g+ {
1/4 cup Benefiber

In a separate mixing bowl, beat until VERY fluffy/frothy (about 6-7 minutes on hand-mixer set at medium)6 u, O# C6 J$ C

Stir in milk/butter combo.
