Recently I began to monitor the gas mileage of my 90 Chevy Corsica,V6/3.1L 3speed automatic transmision. Curb weight about 2885 lb+ S0 j& J% ~% U) p3 c
The gas mileage measure method I got from a local friend is that fullfill the gas tank each time, put down the mileage and gas volume(litre) filled in, then
2 K3 d7 D$ `5 H9 p/ `" uThe gas mileage = (next time mileage - previous time mileage) /(next time filled gas volume)
' G: w* g6 R) f8 m1 _0 r4 j& QAfter convent to MPG(mile per gallon), the result I got is 26 MPG

Official gas mileage is MPG (City/Hwy) 4 cyl 24/33 v6 21/29
