Turn around mean shutdown.
It could be the whole plant or part of the plant shutdown, depend on the schedule.

: ~8 C9 n$ s6 m% K7 M8 h% C& pI printed the words above at a paper. I presented it at today’s morning safety meeting and asked the meaning of “TRUNAROUND”.. There were nobody really knew the meaning of “TURNAROUND”.
3 }8 x* F: a% ?' M+ E; h" NOne local 424 member said” TURNAROUND means ten days on 4 days off.”
Another said:” maybe means shutdown.”
My foreman said: “ I am not sure. Maybe it is a couple of days. It is better to call the dispatch office to know.”
