Building a new house, found the the Construction Total is smaller than the CREB Total?
What is CREB total anyway? Appreciate for answer!

CREB Total是Calgary Real Estate Board给出的数据。是Realtor用尺子按房子的外墙测量，计算出来的。因为有Vinyl或其他类型的外墙的原因，Realtor测量的面积会大一些。

Some builders count the stairway twice, once for the main floor and again for the 2nd floor.
