小时候看老妈经常做,但不知道具体方法。只记得风干时,要一遍、一遍地往肉上刷甜面酱。

I remember the procesure is like that 7 B; ~2 e I- \: Z+ d% z1. use mix some spices with soybean sauce & p# k: J M6 i6 w: s) G
2. Put the pork lean meat in the sauce for a couple of days , s p* U& R/ E0 ?8 \2 s3. Take out then let the meat dry
