5 q, y7 }: B; Q- x4 v. e. j5 Q5 ~. iTie-wraps are not approved for supporting cables, only securing them.  Anyone could not use UV-rated tie-wraps to "support" Teck cable on a chain-link fence but you  could use stainless-steel hose clamps.
