Recruit Participants

- facilitate recruitment of participants for the Keshotu Leadership Academy3 ^) A4 q& V8 Q8 t, A3 S2 _, F
- conduct interviews to ensure participants have necessary qualities M+ P( `3 Q2 k9 q
9 B- z0 q) g$ w( `/ j: S4 xOrganize Leadership Training Sessions" L) Q& r8 t0 t0 L. ^
- locate an appropriate venue for weekly meetings6 c0 p0 F/ H/ ~4 A
- set up a plan for the span of the project (Jan 08 – Dec 08) for weekly meetings, n* p) }( Z5 ~+ l
- use project proposal to ensure time is spent with all identified areas

Plan and Facilitate identified public events

- submit quarterly reports to program manager and timely reports according to requirements of each funder

- work with external evaluation consultant to collect appropriate data for evaluation+ L, R& e( {6 |$ ]/ [3 [& v j* j, @
