Recruit Participants

- facilitate recruitment of participants for the Keshotu Leadership Academy

- locate an appropriate venue for weekly meetings

- use project proposal to ensure time is spent with all identified areas

Plan and Facilitate identified public events

- Be informed on current issues on race relations and other areas relevant to the position.

Proposal Creation

- Also with program manager, create a logic model for each project with activities; short, medium, and long term outcomes; and indicators& e1 X7 U0 {$ T2 r

- submit quarterly reports to program manager and timely reports according to requirements of each funder0 p6 t8 Q1 ]/ A F

- work with external evaluation consultant to collect appropriate data for evaluation9 `& v, k m* S5 q9 G

- excellent knowledge of the issue of racism in Canadian society

- experience with project coordination1 ?* `- D( t! W1 M- A0 H4 c2 a- w
- degree or diploma in human services field
1 ^; J+ c! B+ L. ` ~1 A- developed knowledge and skills in one or more performing arts
