我难道移民了还要按照国际学生的费用交学费？

刚才收到ualberta大学研究生办公室的信
6 L3 D6 a% ]5 U$ y4 FTo apply as a Canadian or Permanent Resident you must have received your degrees from a Canadian university.  However, as a Permanent Resident you will not be assessed the differential fee for tuition.

& I( A6 i, M& n% d7 }1 G) S难道必须要有加拿大大学自己的学位才能够申请研究生吗？

是不是太荒谬了，如果这样的话
我要上本科就要有加拿大的高中证明

我要上小学就要有加拿大的幼儿园证明

The first sentence means that if you don't have a degree from a Canadian

status of PR. This imply that they will judge you the same as all other
& L" x1 i' P1 d+ [international students in the admission stage.
: f* n9 z: s+ X7 S% s# W
The second sentence means that even you are considered as an
* i. W: K7 C, U' T+ i' P( jinternational student in the admission step, when you get admitted, you

研究生录取一般都是9月份，少数1月份。5月份申请的还没听说过。
+ V! @% L5 }, r! y1 q申请的截止期一般都是1月底二月初，还是早点申请好，反正人家录取也不
7 Z" b1 _, i) }& ~- q- _把你的移民身份看得很重。申请材料里面提一下就好了。

我现在可以填移民吗？主要还没有登陆，没有ＳＩＮ号，所以不知道怎么办

人家自始至终都没提说要给你按照国际学生收学费的问题呀,最后一句是说尽管仍然把你按照国际学生来考虑,但是作为PR,将不会收你的differential fee

那如果我以国际学生的身份被录取了，会不会到时候交费的时候要以国际学生的身份交阿，如果不是，怎么运作？

只要你有移民身份，你就和加拿大本地人交的学费一样。
