看上去好像是不可思议，但价钱好像没错，因为说明里还强调了一下价钱，不知道有神马猫腻。

俺觉着要注意有关这个房子描述的这句话：But be careful this great home is loaded with potential

肯定有猫腻！
俺曾经去看过一个所谓好区的开价特吸引人的一比较大的房子，但毫不夸张的说那是俺曾见过的最脏最破最乱的房子。但我们同胞争着抢着下offer（好像有接近10个）一下子就给卖了

Went there yesterday. The house need total overhaul. Minimum $100K to make it livable without moving walls. Another ~$200K to make it a beauty. Too much work for me. They are opening offers today at 2:00pm. At least 3 offers so far.
