person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

$ o3 D) l$ D  L5 Y# L2 ~I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
' Q4 R, b8 i) ^be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
. a: [: J2 x+ V: N  u7 F- k30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
+ k5 y  F% F$ C9 R2 F8 w0 ~( o1 \months, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
" P4 B9 M. a8 u  C2 u; |( q! c. H9 jlease required.
