person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
/ w9 r  _. r1 B6 ]5 B8 }* j(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
% @: F+ g$ S. ]- t5 h% hSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
& ^7 U( g0 U4 h, q30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
8 b# w5 r4 c) a1 C9 {( X" s2 ]- Fmonths, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
& n% G3 O' v4 y: R! {lease required.
