NDT Technician

! b( f" w& ^& o  S* A. p[Employer] is currently seeking NDT Technician to support our Fort McMurray office.

2 \) n. @3 j$ tUltrasonic Technicians for Suncor Condition Bases Monitor Survey ( C.B.M.I. ) for Suncor Tailings
6 `) F* v- n8 V9 z3 I+ U( q
Technicians will take Ultrasonic Thickness measurement readings / working in accordance with C.G.S.B. UT level I
& i$ i, g4 u& M  w! R! Q
Responsibilities:

) y& j) [1 y' v" C$ xOperate Ultrasonic's equipment
Interpretation of Ultrasonic's readings
Prepare Tailings lines for inspection based on the Extractions/Tailings Work/Procedure.
& w5 Z* Y3 y7 u: [6 b! @* M9 L% AThis includes - mapping lines - in plant and Tailings
4 O' z4 h! b4 l8 |3 UStenciling testing locations
9 I$ X8 e% n, }" EClearing testing locations / dig clean
" j* ^$ j/ F! r1 }, ?7 _# DRequired Skills:
; d7 ^& w% V# C8 n/ U
' `" {! L4 M6 O1 IKnowledge of entire Suncor tailings and Extractions Plants, and lines
Ability to drive in tailings locations
Knowledge of plant lines
9 R& I1 ?: e4 H' _2 J0 _# M, |Knowledge and conformity with both Suncor and Acuren safety procedures

Additional Information:

This position is paid at an Hourly Rate based on the Collective Agreement.

Wages range from $20-$40/hr
