NDT Technician
Position Overview:

[Employer] is currently seeking NDT Technician to support our Fort McMurray office.

2 Q  h) D( _# N2 `  jUltrasonic Technicians for Suncor Condition Bases Monitor Survey ( C.B.M.I. ) for Suncor Tailings

Technicians will take Ultrasonic Thickness measurement readings / working in accordance with C.G.S.B. UT level I

Responsibilities:

Operate Ultrasonic's equipment
# P( c4 }; ~* g  R4 R+ yInterpretation of Ultrasonic's readings
Prepare Tailings lines for inspection based on the Extractions/Tailings Work/Procedure.
( }8 G2 z! w) t) n3 \" H) x- U+ _1 lThis includes - mapping lines - in plant and Tailings
7 f3 v3 f* v6 k2 ~  {4 T4 F' p% I: AStenciling testing locations
# Z/ D  H, A+ z/ e/ bClearing testing locations / dig clean
Required Skills:

( ^: `# Y; \5 I" x' i( bKnowledge of entire Suncor tailings and Extractions Plants, and lines
- {" D) m0 f$ a6 S4 M% V# qAbility to drive in tailings locations
/ ^9 s7 b! Q  A) D& ?: ~9 ?Knowledge of plant lines
Knowledge and conformity with both Suncor and Acuren safety procedures

Additional Information:

This position is paid at an Hourly Rate based on the Collective Agreement.

Wages range from $20-$40/hr
