Position Overview:

4 y% |2 {6 E1 I! u[Employer] is currently seeking NDT Technician to support our Fort McMurray office.

3 `9 `7 N6 G# Z5 A/ G# I( GUltrasonic Technicians for Suncor Condition Bases Monitor Survey ( C.B.M.I. ) for Suncor Tailings
/ y# H; ]; j  \% N2 B: d3 ^  {
Technicians will take Ultrasonic Thickness measurement readings / working in accordance with C.G.S.B. UT level I

& ^) i# T3 p# pResponsibilities:

! L6 t& D# Z% G* `7 qOperate Ultrasonic's equipment
* G2 B  r" s0 p) `! y% ~; L+ TInterpretation of Ultrasonic's readings
Prepare Tailings lines for inspection based on the Extractions/Tailings Work/Procedure.
# ~* e. @0 O& p  @" `This includes - mapping lines - in plant and Tailings
Stenciling testing locations
0 P- z+ z5 h. m9 t- Q+ I5 ]Clearing testing locations / dig clean
1 D+ i  @1 U* B% P* o0 U  j; \Required Skills:

Knowledge of entire Suncor tailings and Extractions Plants, and lines
Ability to drive in tailings locations
Knowledge of plant lines
3 z1 k) [8 ~- E; I  R; _7 w' eKnowledge and conformity with both Suncor and Acuren safety procedures

Additional Information:

This position is paid at an Hourly Rate based on the Collective Agreement.

Wages range from $20-$40/hr
