Position Overview:

[Employer] is currently seeking NDT Technician to support our Fort McMurray office.

  ]2 V5 f' K! EUltrasonic Technicians for Suncor Condition Bases Monitor Survey ( C.B.M.I. ) for Suncor Tailings

2 l, b9 Y6 H5 A0 k8 o' a. wTechnicians will take Ultrasonic Thickness measurement readings / working in accordance with C.G.S.B. UT level I

+ E0 N. V6 j1 \. U! {Responsibilities:

Operate Ultrasonic's equipment
Interpretation of Ultrasonic's readings
) `$ B! e! v: ]  s' |7 kPrepare Tailings lines for inspection based on the Extractions/Tailings Work/Procedure.
; V) U& l/ @. g# @# z5 J6 dThis includes - mapping lines - in plant and Tailings
, W+ F# @& t2 pStenciling testing locations
0 J" c; b, f5 e0 bClearing testing locations / dig clean
' f* K2 e0 Q& ]: u' }Required Skills:

; k7 y1 T; c) F$ t) V  F8 x  }Knowledge of entire Suncor tailings and Extractions Plants, and lines
9 o; B. I# }# u0 FAbility to drive in tailings locations
Knowledge of plant lines
Knowledge and conformity with both Suncor and Acuren safety procedures

Additional Information:

5 j5 ^" r6 Q# I  x: k$ m+ zThis position is paid at an Hourly Rate based on the Collective Agreement.

Wages range from $20-$40/hr
