NDT Technician

, y- }7 ^# q; m; V, t[Employer] is currently seeking NDT Technician to support our Fort McMurray office.

6 M& }- s1 t  \( XUltrasonic Technicians for Suncor Condition Bases Monitor Survey ( C.B.M.I. ) for Suncor Tailings

Technicians will take Ultrasonic Thickness measurement readings / working in accordance with C.G.S.B. UT level I

/ B  Y- M5 e% v4 g! C$ |Responsibilities:

- d( W) ?" n, r& o; v* qOperate Ultrasonic's equipment
  N  K, m2 ]  q( r" EInterpretation of Ultrasonic's readings
. ]6 G" |- Z$ ^  uPrepare Tailings lines for inspection based on the Extractions/Tailings Work/Procedure.
This includes - mapping lines - in plant and Tailings
Stenciling testing locations
Clearing testing locations / dig clean
Required Skills:

  X8 {1 L7 g, ^/ J) E# SKnowledge of entire Suncor tailings and Extractions Plants, and lines
0 q6 u# t) U) j, T, P' YAbility to drive in tailings locations
2 O1 _  Q8 Q: u' E8 RKnowledge of plant lines
Knowledge and conformity with both Suncor and Acuren safety procedures

Additional Information:

This position is paid at an Hourly Rate based on the Collective Agreement.
