NDT Technician
Position Overview:

  L: ~0 _1 }- h) _( P# _% e[Employer] is currently seeking NDT Technician to support our Fort McMurray office.
! w1 L0 A) p& O6 L2 G; y+ h/ v
1 g2 H4 Z0 f, t( L6 H. e6 rUltrasonic Technicians for Suncor Condition Bases Monitor Survey ( C.B.M.I. ) for Suncor Tailings

Technicians will take Ultrasonic Thickness measurement readings / working in accordance with C.G.S.B. UT level I
. R( u' {+ B9 P! ~( N
Responsibilities:

Operate Ultrasonic's equipment
Interpretation of Ultrasonic's readings
Prepare Tailings lines for inspection based on the Extractions/Tailings Work/Procedure.
% s, b! D! [! R  u7 X8 OThis includes - mapping lines - in plant and Tailings
% f" `: e2 K; g2 L3 {. H: K1 }6 X1 oStenciling testing locations
; }- l0 P  y1 D3 vClearing testing locations / dig clean
Required Skills:
% j) Q: C! U2 i4 T. h2 o0 n- V
, W8 P2 \! S, X7 xKnowledge of entire Suncor tailings and Extractions Plants, and lines
' K% i& k+ p! }" sAbility to drive in tailings locations
Knowledge of plant lines
. o4 b. |5 Z, D3 c! `Knowledge and conformity with both Suncor and Acuren safety procedures

Additional Information:

) N! Z& z% ^, q( YThis position is paid at an Hourly Rate based on the Collective Agreement.
% ^8 ]7 T% V3 M& d: n  |+ I
Wages range from $20-$40/hr
