Position Overview:

[Employer] is currently seeking NDT Technician to support our Fort McMurray office.
& _: s  d; g3 F! O% k
Ultrasonic Technicians for Suncor Condition Bases Monitor Survey ( C.B.M.I. ) for Suncor Tailings

Technicians will take Ultrasonic Thickness measurement readings / working in accordance with C.G.S.B. UT level I

( p4 y3 _5 i. }Responsibilities:

Operate Ultrasonic's equipment
Interpretation of Ultrasonic's readings
! y: ]* f* @, ^1 `& \& T4 D$ ^; xPrepare Tailings lines for inspection based on the Extractions/Tailings Work/Procedure.
This includes - mapping lines - in plant and Tailings
- `. z+ f" W+ k1 ^% X) \1 I6 F. rStenciling testing locations
) P& X8 S" y% V$ O7 Q6 DClearing testing locations / dig clean
Required Skills:

8 }; D6 I& p  C: K( x$ qKnowledge of entire Suncor tailings and Extractions Plants, and lines
) h# l' u9 c1 ]( @+ |# bAbility to drive in tailings locations
' ^3 p% s3 T# W7 x9 LKnowledge of plant lines
Knowledge and conformity with both Suncor and Acuren safety procedures

Additional Information:

7 Y4 w9 Q" i/ a& o- j# {6 PThis position is paid at an Hourly Rate based on the Collective Agreement.
