Position Overview:

2 y5 j6 c/ B8 n[Employer] is currently seeking NDT Technician to support our Fort McMurray office.

Ultrasonic Technicians for Suncor Condition Bases Monitor Survey ( C.B.M.I. ) for Suncor Tailings

& g( o7 @: \" v' H7 X( B" ATechnicians will take Ultrasonic Thickness measurement readings / working in accordance with C.G.S.B. UT level I

& L5 K" ~" h/ k! l3 PResponsibilities:
$ K  C9 U% p3 L" l: J( U' P
* A# k; _/ x) O; {2 a# A; rOperate Ultrasonic's equipment
' n- w3 S. `* E2 a( m# ^& \! YInterpretation of Ultrasonic's readings
) s+ B1 t! c2 q. @" L/ {Prepare Tailings lines for inspection based on the Extractions/Tailings Work/Procedure.
+ b$ Y, ~: ?, f3 PThis includes - mapping lines - in plant and Tailings
" [5 f/ _5 C( g3 _( e* w* SStenciling testing locations
+ e) M: M! c1 ^% V+ I" o. C- YClearing testing locations / dig clean
7 x1 d) s6 F6 C; d; {& r# wRequired Skills:
3 N* f3 _2 T  E: x2 G$ A( o
Knowledge of entire Suncor tailings and Extractions Plants, and lines
Ability to drive in tailings locations
5 j7 t9 R4 R& l/ \Knowledge of plant lines
Knowledge and conformity with both Suncor and Acuren safety procedures

" ]8 S8 C( m3 K. o! pThis position is paid at an Hourly Rate based on the Collective Agreement.

Wages range from $20-$40/hr
