Position Overview:

[Employer] is currently seeking NDT Technician to support our Fort McMurray office.

Ultrasonic Technicians for Suncor Condition Bases Monitor Survey ( C.B.M.I. ) for Suncor Tailings

$ w' H6 @; P% P; ?$ a5 [Technicians will take Ultrasonic Thickness measurement readings / working in accordance with C.G.S.B. UT level I

4 n* f  g2 g2 |: u0 o" rResponsibilities:

& f: ]# C2 g+ A6 J- i- ROperate Ultrasonic's equipment
. ^7 P% x: s* l) t! l( s, J, c0 DInterpretation of Ultrasonic's readings
Prepare Tailings lines for inspection based on the Extractions/Tailings Work/Procedure.
This includes - mapping lines - in plant and Tailings
. h. Q  ~9 Z; Y# l; [8 Q1 a  N1 c- vStenciling testing locations
Clearing testing locations / dig clean
% n& H9 x  k" c, V; iRequired Skills:
% r2 N% u+ D* w: x" I1 M$ W- b
/ n$ D; b3 C. }+ d8 @8 gKnowledge of entire Suncor tailings and Extractions Plants, and lines
Ability to drive in tailings locations
# f1 V6 L# d" B% BKnowledge of plant lines
Knowledge and conformity with both Suncor and Acuren safety procedures

This position is paid at an Hourly Rate based on the Collective Agreement.
