[Employer] is currently seeking NDT Technician to support our Fort McMurray office.

Ultrasonic Technicians for Suncor Condition Bases Monitor Survey ( C.B.M.I. ) for Suncor Tailings

Technicians will take Ultrasonic Thickness measurement readings / working in accordance with C.G.S.B. UT level I

Responsibilities:
! z' T9 N" Y6 {) Y7 u' X9 I0 R0 r) J
7 I' h/ P7 ]! h/ o5 ^Operate Ultrasonic's equipment
Interpretation of Ultrasonic's readings
Prepare Tailings lines for inspection based on the Extractions/Tailings Work/Procedure.
/ y# t/ q1 p3 O8 e  C3 o! K' hThis includes - mapping lines - in plant and Tailings
' k& N* F4 [: V- [Stenciling testing locations
: g4 z7 L# X, s- u' t" `% U9 [8 rClearing testing locations / dig clean
Required Skills:
' q& K# n- K" A3 m0 ~# E! ^  [
. ^0 H" P0 ]+ d- p. g% p  IKnowledge of entire Suncor tailings and Extractions Plants, and lines
& C* h# e. D' @0 s5 ]) [& GAbility to drive in tailings locations
Knowledge of plant lines
" L9 ]+ X+ f3 P# |Knowledge and conformity with both Suncor and Acuren safety procedures

Additional Information:

This position is paid at an Hourly Rate based on the Collective Agreement.

Wages range from $20-$40/hr
