NDT Technician
Position Overview:

6 p; x0 i) d. f& p[Employer] is currently seeking NDT Technician to support our Fort McMurray office.

Ultrasonic Technicians for Suncor Condition Bases Monitor Survey ( C.B.M.I. ) for Suncor Tailings

6 m% G; B8 l" M( b( I8 e/ r) U# yTechnicians will take Ultrasonic Thickness measurement readings / working in accordance with C.G.S.B. UT level I

Responsibilities:

2 O. w% X3 [! i# QOperate Ultrasonic's equipment
6 @* o: m0 _( `5 UInterpretation of Ultrasonic's readings
6 q6 s+ o+ G$ j% EPrepare Tailings lines for inspection based on the Extractions/Tailings Work/Procedure.
This includes - mapping lines - in plant and Tailings
Stenciling testing locations
# s6 o- A5 Y1 I2 jClearing testing locations / dig clean
* ]" r: s, O8 Q3 V9 FRequired Skills:

Knowledge of entire Suncor tailings and Extractions Plants, and lines
" r2 H' X2 j* P( f5 d# }& xAbility to drive in tailings locations
& N* V! Z  I$ k: }Knowledge of plant lines
Knowledge and conformity with both Suncor and Acuren safety procedures

Additional Information:

This position is paid at an Hourly Rate based on the Collective Agreement.
