Position Overview:

( c9 x" M( i) P! `[Employer] is currently seeking NDT Technician to support our Fort McMurray office.

Ultrasonic Technicians for Suncor Condition Bases Monitor Survey ( C.B.M.I. ) for Suncor Tailings

3 f" D; L; ]1 F6 l# [, A5 GTechnicians will take Ultrasonic Thickness measurement readings / working in accordance with C.G.S.B. UT level I

- _; I2 ~9 r3 W9 b, k* d% b4 u' {Responsibilities:

Operate Ultrasonic's equipment
# s$ I. C7 x& aInterpretation of Ultrasonic's readings
Prepare Tailings lines for inspection based on the Extractions/Tailings Work/Procedure.
0 }, }; y5 Q" o. L6 f$ W7 C9 n3 LThis includes - mapping lines - in plant and Tailings
Stenciling testing locations
& ^. J2 m$ {# M# e) ]) Y" U9 ?Clearing testing locations / dig clean
9 f' L# f" C6 ?  h5 y& xRequired Skills:
4 H. p6 d8 T- J' A  m4 }( h$ B
0 J2 O; v# `- a" z" f& b, v5 LKnowledge of entire Suncor tailings and Extractions Plants, and lines
Ability to drive in tailings locations
Knowledge of plant lines
' k+ o( ]( t% K" f( zKnowledge and conformity with both Suncor and Acuren safety procedures

Additional Information:

This position is paid at an Hourly Rate based on the Collective Agreement.

Wages range from $20-$40/hr
