You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are8 T X1 d5 P% L L) G

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your; [4 H# b# ^2 C1 S- j* w- n! b- m
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon
! j: W' a. V4 F& p* f0 i) W1 s arrival at the park.# ?6 B6 R# r9 Q9 [; R' C3 K* l! l
5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
! h h: t- v' M! D( L the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
! W& I+ J- l7 Z2 f& ~2 h% Q a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same3 @ {+ p; u& u! h/ a3 t
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
9 W# Q1 f8 @; p4 c- Q {6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
4 I$ ]0 i8 g8 L! O* C5 W a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of% i m, j- q' W# e
campsite; and the service type.
" s9 p; x& o8 G- R2 F7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
8 |2 l8 `$ f S/ { confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable. e5 v; s( w" H
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the

Methods of Payment

payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations4 y9 ?" F8 ?' C& u+ A( A
will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed.
0 ?# B h- C) U- Q$ K All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at
' U8 p( O' w5 F& x N* s/ S5 Z; v% d least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received
% Y, Y2 j5 @& X, x# W! D, B! S5 I for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed C6 D2 h0 X- J6 {2 K

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to7 \5 u c. F X. w
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
+ V, q8 M( E/ w will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you2 `! N! z) l* a7 ^# C3 I: {
check-in to the campground, subject to the following:6 @! p0 I( i- C3 F
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
! F. V7 \4 N- M5 |! E you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
+ A z1 I S4 r" X reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,6 f' n9 M' l. ?+ u
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.1 ~* m- ~& I2 v8 N( G; h4 d
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before( l( i# V8 b3 s: ^
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night5 ?* k& o4 a( m& D

$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to

guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
" ]/ m& U5 V% v9 ?; B/ u is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the, G l% h. |% w, Y% [% K
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
7 x" t8 _" ?: g+ r* ]2 } change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
9 f' ~0 Y& i9 d) C- U9 ]! i( h14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving/ L2 `2 W( ~$ m9 `. ?6 z6 ^
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
/ o$ Q# l* \ A4 k" x6 a( k prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee. X; k; V3 V: r( N. A/ U
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please

If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your$ w. Y! n/ u" y
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
. n; p! t* G/ ~; p8 I Z nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see0 S( @. l0 }' e4 H+ B+ N
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late" i" F' m U6 K3 p
arrivals in advance.

6 h5 D% w* v$ d0 L$ J* Q17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
, O% i" d* v v j: m( Z7 @ scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
% t& Y/ D* q7 d' ^- R7 } your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

2 u' q+ I: X& Z) d1 i If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees

Closures
