is available to all campers by telephone at 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783) between

+ N' R( G/ v) j You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight

2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your

this is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time but for a reservation made in Fundy National

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your6 R! `7 l0 u/ ^! ~2 q. n- S: |
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon, \8 q& ] r8 @ B

5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of8 s1 \0 J* F( {6 G- Z+ n2 ?3 ]$ U
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as- v# ?% d! k; H" k( j
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
5 j! |0 p7 q5 P r# m campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
# j/ [# M; A* U o: o6 w6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
R' S0 K* w( I! j0 z a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of& C% T5 x& M+ \2 K9 F6 p2 ] t
campsite; and the service type.
8 M g0 H- f! ^& d7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
M$ A7 R- P }$ `( }8 Z confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

8. Methods of payment: All costs incurred through the use of this service can be paid by

9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international
P% b0 f* ]! d money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of
n9 A/ n0 N* O$ @4 g7 V* G7 }& L payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations9 y1 W* a0 V: W& t. U

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at9 ~: ]5 S* Y. i* Z; L
least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

11. Changes before check-in: You can change your reservation until 2:00 p.m. (local park time)
6 ]7 k% i% P; K+ R! J4 J% [ on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within! L' u8 s+ I; T5 P
the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online, C- o% i! \/ N1 s" x" r0 {
or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.9 T: y ~ P& L* ~
12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You9 H m3 [$ D$ e' e8 @. A
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
. j: i' H/ Y# A/ x) g check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
0 I4 p7 l; f$ ^1 }. K* N - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
* V5 u. z @, Y: x$ M; G you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
* _' e+ o ~ R5 n% h+ T3 `* n reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,8 l& T# E* e$ i) y
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.+ T' M" q3 Q7 \0 I( g* r
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before& H9 o' C- w- n1 A: u/ e
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
+ m- F: L& @' s% W& ^0 T of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original# e5 C# U# j1 A
$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a. i1 O4 b5 F% ~6 l5 h% Q8 o- X
cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.

guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change2 B9 |1 B6 p$ {! t* G$ h
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the
) ~' w" n' H' R) X- M services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80
7 f4 {. P0 _3 D/ Z change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.6 U; d. R4 ?7 y: ~' N: G7 ]
14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
) ~# E* l) p. b$ Q. q& G earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground- o4 T0 p/ X/ }" H l7 z/ |( y
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
' i% W+ D$ j/ q* o8 v: Q$ X- E& j will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please, @# A3 c* h8 b- i. h- y( U& m9 ~
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.

$ h0 G# U ]/ f' c8 N15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the
" Q7 [) R# I# e, F! ]: g expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground6 N6 l- @5 w; E) E
on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact/ {6 c2 z9 k* r" A+ D7 @- t
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,6 l' c0 w1 { C5 X* Y
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
; {! J( D# v, r" } p3 [6 A* J# c! s- c16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
$ h' @4 h+ f* {6 B If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your' V1 F) j' [6 L6 U4 z
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
+ @5 `3 A: Y, |3 S3 f+ ` nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
" C$ i# u2 Z" [% O policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late
5 s& e- J/ L% n# g arrivals in advance.

- D1 c" g& B5 N8 x \17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
0 R* b* \8 H2 c% Y/ u0 \ scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
# ^' X3 V! i a' j0 F your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show.") F% F5 ]2 I$ ?
( D3 A. _( }4 r When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
0 }, i9 M0 L7 g9 i/ i! n' x will be made available to other campers.

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees9 G* `9 O8 k4 _
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
