I’m looking for a Junior Payroll Clerk who has full cycle payroll experience.
My West – End / Acheson client is seeking a motivated individual to join its team.
$ v3 [# s$ E/ K* BWithin this role you will be responsible for:
& {' z7 Y! k: v. i) K•        Processing payroll
2 y; v. s; b) u3 U! `, C" W•        Preparing reports
4 ^* k8 [, p7 N8 E8 G& ]•        Benefits deductions and administration
•        Maintaining employee profiles
/ m  y# O! A5 Q7 W  y1 S9 v•        Accounting side of payroll
1 k4 b1 O7 d) X# k7 `) B& w9 h0 c
% S6 \% Q! @+ P2 CTo be considered for this position, you MUST have the following experience:
•        1 – 2 years previous hands-on full cycle payroll experience
•        Union experience
4 d% b1 m% X, J: W•        Multi-provincial experience is a huge benefit
•        PCP certification is an asset
•        Thorough understanding of debits and credits
& A* s8 N: p5 Q, p
9 M9 u; K8 \) g4 a* RI need a dynamic individual who is eager, outgoing and team oriented.
* U3 g" n( e8 E, W2 v+ O. x* `You must have Canadian payroll experience in order to be considered for this role.
Hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
7 {$ Y+ X4 I- x, J2 Z* f. {2 fYou will require your own transportation as my client is not on an active bus route.
1 C/ l7 d# r6 _0 {) i: BA full benefits package is offered after 3 months.
