I’m looking for a Junior Payroll Clerk who has full cycle payroll experience.
' E' k& \! a" i8 r. YMy West – End / Acheson client is seeking a motivated individual to join its team.
7 m& Q) \! X& k* ?% ~Within this role you will be responsible for:
•        Processing payroll
* t' e) k6 r: q5 t1 b•        Preparing reports
•        Benefits deductions and administration
•        Maintaining employee profiles
1 A; I/ k- J2 F5 p, d& ^•        Accounting side of payroll
3 O2 N  @! `$ W  Y" f
To be considered for this position, you MUST have the following experience:
& q+ O6 U; x& f" @•        1 – 2 years previous hands-on full cycle payroll experience
•        Union experience
' r1 B0 H& w0 j7 q- O/ F* ]9 S2 F/ ?•        Multi-provincial experience is a huge benefit
•        PCP certification is an asset
6 P, w  C$ q# K# H" r•        Thorough understanding of debits and credits
4 Z) W9 l( J, P! a: `9 G
1 _/ O2 k$ ]1 m; EI need a dynamic individual who is eager, outgoing and team oriented.
You must have Canadian payroll experience in order to be considered for this role.
Hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
You will require your own transportation as my client is not on an active bus route.
A full benefits package is offered after 3 months.
