I’m looking for a Junior Payroll Clerk who has full cycle payroll experience.
My West – End / Acheson client is seeking a motivated individual to join its team.
Within this role you will be responsible for:
/ Y. a: k7 g% B- u: i•        Processing payroll
•        Preparing reports
•        Benefits deductions and administration
  q! R. r" m2 U, @•        Maintaining employee profiles
•        Accounting side of payroll
% `5 @# w' u8 N
. g7 S; x9 W4 t2 U" pTo be considered for this position, you MUST have the following experience:
) ~! n- y9 n, Y3 a" F/ \9 u, X•        1 – 2 years previous hands-on full cycle payroll experience
•        Union experience
•        Multi-provincial experience is a huge benefit
+ \# L$ T! d- O9 e7 X' J- G•        PCP certification is an asset
•        Thorough understanding of debits and credits
# v3 v% G& T4 t7 X% @/ B, ^
* r+ F6 [0 l. o0 H' }$ rI need a dynamic individual who is eager, outgoing and team oriented.
You must have Canadian payroll experience in order to be considered for this role.
Hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
You will require your own transportation as my client is not on an active bus route.
A full benefits package is offered after 3 months.
