* 2 big halibut steaks, c: v X7 w2 c
* 2 tbsp olive oil5 I) I3 j% g2 S/ e T
* 1 tbsp butter

* 1/3 cup diced roasted red pepper! \2 m1 j; W0 ~" M

* 1/2 cup water

Step 1
: j" S& q8 X* o# `- ^6 YSlice the chanterelle mushrooms into nice big and thick slices. Add 2 tbsp olive oil in a saute pan over medium heat. Add the mushroom slices and a pinch of salt in the pan. Give it a stir. Cook for 10 minutes or until the mushroom slices are lightly browned. # b" s$ J' }- L! c8 o6 X

Step 2
2 M Z& q* n3 G1 a+ K xAdd 1 cup fresh corn kernels,
* x1 I3 u, n7 k' i+ Land 1/3 cup diced roasted red pepper or 1/2 red bell pepper, and 1/2 cup water in the pan. Bring it to a simmer, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add 1 tbsp butter and the juice of 1 lemon. Give it a mix. Turn the heat to low. 9 W: y3 m8 m1 U4 C. `
Step 3
! `2 {/ ?& T( z( [Season the 2 big halibut steaks with salt and pepper. Grill for 4 minutes per side.
