Our Employment/Career Counselors provide professional support and assistance to our customers as they work towards meeting their employment needs. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
8 S' ~# t9 C q' e9 DPost-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
: z9 ^7 g- S: l/ d8 SUnderstanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role 2 K! a6 _$ [- z# w' Z/ w {
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants , ^5 _" m$ Q8 k
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
