Post-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields

Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants 7 ?$ [4 E, q) ^- Q# V$ {" Q2 A
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
