Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus

Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
& Q: J4 Y" G A/ l* ^! R% tUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories 2 r+ ^4 r# j5 z" }2 `5 F
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities

Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
